・Kurashiki No. 8 canvas, bio-washed (made in Japan)

Biowash processing is a method of washing canvas fabric using an enzyme called cellulase.

The fabric has been washed to a moderate degree, creating a soft, warm feel, and you can feel the texture become comfortable from the very first use.

・Original Waji -developed leather, Waji-Nume (Made in Japan)

"Nubuck leather" is made by tanning raw hides using tannin, a component found in plant tannins, and finishing the leather with almost no surface processing.

It has a natural texture that makes it instantly recognizable as genuine leather, a high-quality appearance, a rustic smell and a smooth feel.

Our original product, commonly known as "Wajinume," is treated with a special stain-resistant coating (weak water-repellent) to reduce the initial scratches and stains that can occur due to the delicate nature of the tanned leather.

This effect is not permanent and will fade with use, allowing you to fully enjoy the aging process that is one of the joys of vegetable tanned leather.

In addition, the back of the leather is polished by a specialized craftsman to give it an incredibly smooth finish.

The leather base (raw hide) is also made from two different types of leather: domestic and North American. The reason is different thickness and flexibility.

This allows you to use different leathers for different parts of a piece rather than for each piece.
