The workshop "Making Leather Name Tags from Scrap Wood" held in August has been postponed.
It ended with great success!
I'm glad that so many people enjoyed it!
We would like to continue planning workshops where people can experience making things.

Just like the leather scraps used to make the name tags,

We would like to introduce the "jidai" project , which transforms "things that have outlived their usefulness" into "things that are desired."

Fire hoses as fashion items.

Fire hoses that would have been discarded are transformed into bags

First of all, its durability.

The fire hose has exceeded its useful life, but it still looks beautiful.
Although it does not comply with regulations, it still has great value as a material.
We discovered that the material itself is strong and can protect the contents well, so we thought it would be perfect for a bag and developed the concept.

The outside is made of colorful patterned fabric.
The fire hose pattern varies depending on the year.
Some are accented with reflective tape.

Disassembled fire hoses are used on the front and back of the body to add an accent to the design.
Made primarily from supple washable leather , the size takes advantage of the width of the hose, making it an easy-to-use and stylish item!
