This is a new brand launched by WAJI, a manufacturer based in a renovated tangible cultural property in Abeno Ward, Osaka!
We will develop a variety of products based on the brand concept of creating niche products for everyday use.
Crowdfunding for the new brand " Ichinich " is currently being held on Creema SPRINGS!
The first commemorative product is the "Bakery Bag"!
This bakery bag can be said to be the greatest masterpiece to date, created by professional craftsmen, with the sole purpose of simply "carrying bread."
The bag is made of cotton and linen, with food safety in mind. The fabric is firm, breathable, and moisture-absorbent, and stains are easy to clean. It is lightweight yet has an excellent design.
In addition, the use of genuine leather not only tightens the design and adds a sense of luxury, but also increases the durability of the bag. The bag is made of washable leather, so it can be washed completely and kept clean.
Under the supervision of a baker, we repeatedly created samples to suit the temperature and carrying method appropriate for each type of bread, and finally completed two types of ``bakery bags.''
"Bakery Bag Baguette"
Designed specifically for long bread such as French bread.
The foldable design allows for compact storage when not in use.
It's a bit of a hassle to carry a baguette home, isn't it? They're usually long, so you might hesitate to buy one, but this baguette is big enough to fit a whole baguette, so it's no problem.
Another great feature is that the length can be adjusted to fit the length of the bucket.
"Bakery Bag Shokupan"
It is divided into an upper and lower section, and the upper section is for keeping items at room temperature, while the lower section is a pull-out type that can keep items cold!
The top shelf is large enough to fit two loaves of bread.
The bottom shelf is a pull-out type that can be used to store perishable bread such as savory bread.
Of course, it's not just suitable for carrying bread, but also for transporting food that needs to be kept cold.
