We tend to think that freshly baked bread is best, but we received some professional advice, such as some things taste better if they are left to sit for a while.

From there, development began, with samples being created and meetings held with Miyamoto-san.

• Designer's Attention to Detail

The idea came from a tote bag for carrying French bread that I found in an antique shop in Europe.

Although it was merely a simple, vertical tote bag, I was deeply impressed by how culturally appropriate it was.

This bag pays homage to that culture in a style that is suitable for Japan, where there are also many bakeries.

It can hold baguettes of around 70cm, but it is also easy to store batards of around 45cm, which are popular in Japan.

Carry your French bread comfortably and stylishly instead of having to hold it in your arms or having it stick out of the bag and become unstable when you carry it!

• Craftsmanship

The shape is a paper bag, with ample gusset and no loss of aesthetic appeal when filled.

The folded part adapts to the length of the bread inside, making it easy to carry.

It can be folded from the bottom to make it compact , so you can keep it in your bag at all times.

Bakery Bag Shokupan

The gimmick of this bag is amazing.

It is divided into an upper and lower section, and the upper section is for keeping items at room temperature, while the lower section is a pull-out type that can keep items cold!

The top shelf is large enough to fit two loaves of bread.

The bottom shelf is a pull-out type that can be used to store perishable bread such as savory bread.

• Designer's Attention to Detail

Although we are talking about bread, we would like you to pay particular attention to the lower room.

After much deliberation, we wondered if there was a way to keep the freshness of bread topped with fresh cream and fruit and also to take it home without losing its shape.

Suddenly, I was reminded of the delivery tool called " okamochi " that was used in the past for delivery services.

Even when I go to the bakery to buy bread, I can't help but buy it because of the sweet temptation...

It is a selfish room where you can enjoy that temptation to the fullest.

It is simple yet has a stylish design with a luxurious feel thanks to the use of leather in key areas.

I think it will go with any fashion.

• Craftsmanship

It was quite difficult because it was an unprecedented bag,
We have created a pattern that is unique .

It takes about the same amount of work as making three similar bags of the same size.
Please forgive us if the price is a little high...

This bag has been made with the utmost care, and it would be a great honor for me as a craftsman if it were used by someone who truly loves bread.

The one thing that baker Miyamoto cannot compromise on when it comes to ingredients is:

As bag craftsmen, our ideal points are:

This cotton-linen material was the perfect material to fulfill the above ideals.

It has a nice natural texture and is a material that is not only breathable and moisture-absorbent, but also has excellent design qualities.

The use of genuine leather not only tightens the design and adds a sense of luxury, but also increases the durability of the item.

The two types of bags introduced here have one thing in common: they are made from washable leather .
